本報告為南洋台灣姊妹會(TransAsia Sisters Association, Taiwan(簡稱TASAT)所執行的「在台移民/工詐騙之制度性風險調查報告」計劃之彙整,內容涵蓋研究方法、關鍵發現以及未來政策建議。透過調查,我們辨識出目前在台移民與移工常見的詐騙類型,分析其受害模式與風險因素,並據此提出相應的政策建議供政府參考。
This report summarizes the research project “Baseline Study on Misinformation and Scams Faced by Immigrants and Migrant Workers in Taiwan” conducted by TransAsia Sisters Association of Taiwan (TASAT). It includes the research methodology, key findings, and policy recommendations for the future. We identified common types of scams targeting migrants in Taiwan, analyzed their victimization patterns and risk factors, and formulated policy recommendations for the government accordingly.
